Job Summary:
An opportunity has arisen to join the Rolls-Royce Accounts Receivable Team in GBS Poland as Senior AR Specialist responsible for Billing. You will be delivering high quality financial services to our customers. In this role, you will provide efficient and effective support which is tailored to our customers' needs. Rolls-Royce operate a standardized shared services model which ensures both consistency and excellence across the organization.
What you will be doing:
· Verifying billing inputs.
· Performing billing activities.
· Distributing and archiving invoices.
· Performing tasks related to the revenue recognition.
· Cooperating with Order Managers and other stakeholders in order to process billing and to clarify customers’ disputes related to invoices.
· Supporting internal and external audit related to Billing.
· Following policies, procedures and internal controls requirements.
· Reviewing and updating DTPs and process maps on a regular basis.
· Identifying and supporting implementation of process improvements.
· Preparing reports related to billing.
· Participating in the billing process standardization.
· Performing root cause analysis.
· Giving support and guidance to team colleagues with less experience.
Position requirements:
· Minimum 5 years' experience of working in AR including Billing.
· Experience of financial transactional delivery in SSC or BPO.
· Demonstrate good OtC end-to-end process knowledge.
· Very good written and spoken English and German (at least on B2 level) .
· Good IT skills across a range of applications including SAP, MS Office skills including Excel .
· Capable of processing high volumes of tasks at high levels of accuracy, including effective prioritization to maximize output.
· Attention to details, analytical mindset, communication skills high developed.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and to take ownership of your work.
· Time management skills, ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
· Continuous improvement mindset and experience.
